Getting me through

These last two weeks have been really hard. A new baby is a blessing, but also a hardship for me. Four is definitely harder than three, nursing isn't working, and I am pumping every three hours to make sure my milk doesn't dry up. I have already had mastitis, and blocked ducts. My house is a mess with no end in sight, and I worry every moment that I am not meeting one of my four children's needs in one way or another. I am depressed, sad, lonely, and overwhelmed. All things to expect the first few weeks after having a baby. I know it will pass. I know many have it worse than me. I know many things, but have a hard time feeling them at the moment. This has helped me feel hopeful. I watch it several times a day. I hope you will take a minute and watch it, too.

oh that made me cry. you are a wonderful mother.... look at you taking on the challange of bringing another one of His choice spirits here to this earth, and all so close together, you should be so proud of yourself, seriously. I know it is not easy, i can barely handle my two, but He knows how strong and wonderful you are and that is why He has blessed you with all 4 of these amazing children you have. Keep your chin up and seriously let me know if I can help karlaadorespink@gmail.com have I mentioned I love cleaning? i really do I would love to come clean or play:)

I wish I could come help. I have so been there and done that. I can empathize with what you are feeling. You are in my prayers. Hang in there!

"If you are ever tempted to become discouraged or to lose faith...Hold on a little longer. You can do this! You are part of a special generation. You were prepared and preserved to live at this important time in the existence of our beautiful planet earth. You have a celestial pedigree and therefore have all the necessary talents to make your life an eternal success story."
"The Lord has blessed you with a testimony of the truth. You have felt His influence and witnessed His power. And if you continue to seek Him, He will continue to grant you sacred experiences. With these and other spiritual gifts, you will be able not only to change your own life for the better but also to bless your homes, wards or branches, communities, cities, states, and nations with your goodness."
"It may be hard to see that at times, but hold on a little longer.... Know and remember this: the Lord loves you. He remembers you. And He will ever sustain those who 'endure to the end'".

Love you!!
Trish

I'm so sorry things are hard!!! I would love to see you, hopefully next week I can come over on Wednesday, and please don't worry about cleaning. Just be relaxed. I'll help any way I can. Love you, and I know your kids are doing well. They were so cute and happy the other night. Don't worry Niki, you're doing great!

Niki, I wish I was there to ease your burden in some way. I cannot relate to 4 little ones, but I can relate to 2 little ones very close in age and I really honestly thought I was going to lose my mind. Hang in there. I have a strong testimony that angels buoy up mothers with newborns with not enough sleep and too much to do. I pray you will feel that Heavenly assistance and also praise because you are doing a Heavenly work! :)
